"Ingvars Zimmer": (NO) LOVESTORY

Eine begehbare Raumskulptur – Ort für Begegnungen - die Rekonstruktion des Jugendzimmers eines 18 -jährigen, meines Schulfreundes Ingvar, ausgestattet mit Matratzen, Nachttisch und Regalen, in dem 1972 meine erste gleichgeschlechtliche sexuelle Begegnung stattfand. Ich hatte zu dieser Zeit noch kein Coming Out und erlebte diese Nacht als verstörend mit schwerwiegenden Folgen.

A walk-in spatial sculpture - a place for encounters - the reconstruction of the teenage room of an 18-year-old, my school friend Ingvar, equipped with mattresses, a bedside table and shelves, in which my first same-sex sexual encounter took place in 1972. I had not yet my Coming-out at that time and experienced that night as disturbing with serious consequences.
